Gratitude
I have been thinking about starting a gratitude journal it has been heavily on my mind lately. I heard that keeping a gratitude journal is a good idea, and it helps a lot. I do not know where to start but I will try it and see how it goes. I already write so that helps. I am looking for more ways to stay positive these days and someone said I should start with a gratitude journal. I have added it to my month of February goals, and I am ready and dedicated to it. I am sure it is not that hard, I have to start somewhere, somehow. Hopefully, it is something I love and will continue it.
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and ready to show appreciation for and return kindness.

Sometimes I have a hard time being grateful.
Someone might be trying to do something nice for me, or gave me a gift, but I wish it could be more, or different, and don’t see why it’s hard for them to do more, even if they might want to.
Being grateful anyway is a very loving thing to do. It acknowledges their effort to so something nice for you, and tells them that they succeeded. Maybe it will inspire them to do more – you never know!

Gratitude works definitely I try almost every morning to think of 10 things and grateful for starting with being being awake in the morning and going from there. Always assures I have a great day. 😊
