Indeed this is true.

Was too giving to the wrong person

He regrets it..Not my problem anymore

Happy I have been over this for years

Older and Wiser

I know my worth and who I am.

After reading this you get a feeling you get after breaking up with someone who loves you so this brings back all the regrets and makes you in a way feel guilty.
