Jungle

Too much going on

Not sure as to what I am seeing

Pinching, slapping myself

Is this a

Dream

Maybe reality

In this jungle

I feel free

Moving around, being me

Accepted

Is this life

I ask myself

Talking and chilling with

The animals

Friends or foes

I do not know

This jungle

Feel right, Safe

Yet scary

Am I a human?

Maybe a lion

Again, is this a

 Dream, a reality

The jungle

Wild and free

 No surprise

The jungle

Is just like

Me.

Chilling

Me and my new peps

No cares in

This jungle          

I am wild and

Doing me

I get along with

This Jungle!!!

Feeling of life

The feeling of being drained, too tired to focus, you just want peace

The feeling of sadness, always in a bad mood, nothing helps, you want happiness

The feeling of hopelessness, nowhere to turn, no one to call, you want something or someone

The feeling of guilt, its your fault, you blame yourself, you want innocence

The feeling of being lost, out in this world with no clue, with no purpose, you want help

Life turns around

The feeling of no more, you can do this

The feeling of being peaceful, happy, hopeful, no more guilt, your found

The feeling of power taking your life back and having control it is

The feeling of life.

Rainy Day

Just sitting here watching the rain fall and thinking

This rainy day has got me in my feelings

Watching the rain and trying to figure out why

Looking and hearing the rain trying to hide and hold back the tears

This rainy day gloomy and dark out matching the mood I am in plus I am mad and raged

Rainy day makes me want to stay in bed, I feel lazy

Trap myself inside and hide from it all

Rainy days sometimes I need a glass of wine or five

Rainy days it is hard but, on these days, I try to see the sunshine, keep calm

Rainy days has me down but not for long, this will past

Rainy days full of teary moments and sadness

Maybe I should keep a smile on my face no matter what on these

Rainy Days!!

I look in the mirror and I know that

I am enough

Strong, beautiful

Independent and vibrant

I am enough

Smart, amazing, fabulous, creative, and funny

No one can hold me down

I am enough

Even if you do not agree, even if you do not like me

I am enough

Standing tall, confident in me

I am me the lover, the fighter, the go-getter, all business, the Queen

I am enough

I look in the mirror and know the person starring back is strong and she is enough

Change

Sometimes we know a change is needed

We see what’s going on

 We see how things play out in front of us

We feel a change is needed

Then we think, okay let’s do it

Make those necessary changes

Be firm

But then

Fear steps in

We fear the change

Don’t want too no longer

Make excuses

Doubt sets in

Questioning

Even when we know this needs to be done

Tell yourself do what is right

They say making a change could be a good thing

But

Why is it that changing things can be hard?

Easier said than done. Right?

Can we change for the better?

Why some fear change?

Is it the fear of the unknown while changing…?

Change yay or nay!!! LOL
