Me VS Vulnerability

I am strong, determined, and bold 

A force to be reckoned with, or so I’m told 

But there’s a part of me that I hide 

A fear of vulnerability that I keep inside 

I don’t like showing weakness or doubt 

It feels like admitting defeat, and that’s not what it’s about 

I push through challenges with grit and might 

But sometimes I wonder if it’s worth the fight 

I know that being vulnerable is part of the game 

It’s how we connect and build trust, and that’s not lame 

But it’s hard to let down my guard and be open 

To show my true self and risk being broken 

So, I’ll keep working on embracing my vulnerability 

To see it not as a weakness, but as a possibility 

To trust in myself and in those around me 

And know that being vulnerable can set me free!

Today, I am in go mode. I am still trying to figure it all out. Even with that, I am going to have a positive day. I am working on accomplishing my goals. I am taking deep breaths and keep pushing.

So much work to do and I am determined. Focused on my dreams. Focused on better.

Just want to say to everyone who is having a down day to keep your head up and pray about it. Try to find ways to clear your mind trust I know it can be hard; bad days happen from time to time, and it is life. Remember you got this. Focus on yourself and love yourself. Be kind and gentle with yourself.  Don’t let what others do or say mess with your mind, body, or spirit. And please be kind to others, you never know what a person is going through. Positive mindset, Positive thinking. Have Faith! Sending Love! 🖤💙🤎💛💚🧡🤍💜💓❤️

A feeling so strong it fills me with delight 

Captivated by your presence, I am lost 

In a world where time stands still at any cost 

Your eyes like stars that light up the night sky 

Your smile is a beacon that makes my heart fly 

The sound of your voice entrances me 

In your presence, I feel I have no choice 

Captivated by the magic that you bring 

In your arms, I feel I could truly sing 

You hold me captive with your love so true 

In this moment, there is only me and you 

What a joy to be so deeply bound

A puppeteer of thoughts, emotions, and will 

Control, my companion day after day 

Dictating each moment, a thirst to fulfill 

Like a tempest in a teacup, I reign 

Over every detail, every single choice 

Fearful of losing power, going insane 

Ignoring the whispers of my inner voice 

But in the quiet moments of the night 

When shadows dance and silence fill the air 

I glimpse a truth shimmering in the light 

That control is an illusion, a snare
