Looking in the mirror

Sometimes loving what I see, who I am

At times hating what I see, hating who I am

Sometimes gives me strength

Talking to me words of wisdom

At times words are harsh, mean

Mirror

Sometimes I feel so beautiful

And yet times ugly

Mirror

Its sometimes easy to lie to me

The mirror shows truth, pain, past

Who am I fooling?

While facing me

She is perfect in her imperfections

She is happy in her pain

Strong in her weakness

She smiles through the cries

She put on her happy face, ready to help others

Knows her weakness, and strengths

Keeps her head up no matter what

She learns from her mistakes

Hurting

Have you ever felt unhappy, filled with rage? You just want those who hurt you to hurt also.  You want them to suffer and feel all the pain you feel plus more. Past pain, relationships, anybody. Sometimes I think of revenge, wanting to inflict torture and pain, to see them squirm, see them feel helpless, powerless, weak, lost, and scared. I want them to feel it all. That is how I am feeling at the moment I know some people can relate and some can’t **Shrugs**. Payback.

It is crazy how they are out living there lives, they suffered no consequences, out and free. And me I feel I am still trapped in that time in that pain. Replaying the shit that was done and it still feels like no time has passed. Crazy world I feel this way and must deal with it every day. Yes, I have been trying to forget it all it is hard some days are way harder than other days. I feel this way towards anyone who brought harm my way no matter who it was or is. I want them to feel what I feel sometimes. Venting like I do and sitting and thinking why they got away with it and why am I still suffering.

Am I the only one who feels this way towards a person or towards people who hurt you? Want to get pass it. And no, I do not understand it at all. Still hurting, forever hurting.

The feeling of being drained, too tired to focus, you just want peace

The feeling of sadness, always in a bad mood, nothing helps, you want happiness

The feeling of hopelessness, nowhere to turn, no one to call, you want something or someone

The feeling of guilt, its your fault, you blame yourself, you want innocence

The feeling of being lost, out in this world with no clue, with no purpose, you want help

Life turns around

The feeling of no more, you can do this

The feeling of being peaceful, happy, hopeful, no more guilt, your found

The feeling of power taking your life back and having control it is

The feeling of life.

Write/Movie Day!

Hello everyone, how is it going? Happy Sunday!

So, I started my day early this morning woke up at 5 in the morning and could not go back to sleep so I got out the notebook and pen and continued my brainstorming. of course, I got to writing. After that I began writing for my book. Was writing for hours and happy that I got some work done and I do not feel like it was rushed and happy with what I came up with. So, 2 hours ago I decided to take a break from writing till later tonight and now movie time.

I am watching some of my favorite movies first up was American Gangster, then some of Deep Cover, now watching Harlem Nights laughing my but off. Next is Hoodlum then later Black Panther. In that order!! Just a few of my favorites, with some of my favorite snacks. Then back to writing.

I am having a relaxed day so far and enjoying this Sunday. How are you today? What are your Sunday plans? What are your favorite movies? Hope you all enjoy the rest of your day. Stay safe and blessings.

Chill Saturday!!

 Hello everybody how is your Saturday? How is your Saturday night going? Tonight, I am vibing, I have my music going and I am writing out ideas, and tittles for my book. Tonight, is a brainstorming night. I have been writing poems most of the day and now it is time to focus on my book. Tomorrow I will be editing and will be do more writing for my book. I have some book goals I am reaching towards as well as pushing myself daily to keep writing and let my creativity show.

Even though I feel like I do too much at one time, I am determined to get one or both books done. I tell myself to keep going and to have faith. So again, this night is brainstorming and me jamming to music. I have too many ideas and have to write them out and make some decisions.

I write because it is my passion and I write to unwind and that is when the creative me comes out. What do you like to do for fun? What is your go-to hobby? Do you enjoy writing? Have a goodnight might share a poem or two if I get around to it.

Well enjoying my Saturday night chill with this music, notebook and pen letting my thoughts out.
