A Break!

Do you need a break? From what?

Do I need a break? And what from? I like this question. I feel that I need a good long break from work and writing lately. I have been working a lot for the last couple of months, picking up extra shifts. I have also been sticking to a writing schedule, plus, of course, home life and taking care of everything. I am a busybody and sometimes don’t get enough rest. It would be nice to be alone for a weekend or maybe a week and just decompress.

I feel everyone deserves to step back from life for a while and take a break. Clear your mind, heart, and soul. Focus on your mental health. Just sit back with a good book in a nice location. Or being in your dream country or state. Maybe on the beach relaxing and enjoying your peace. Sounds so lovely! I have been thinking about stepping back for a while (Not too long) just to give my mind a break. Indeed, it has been hectic. Detox my mind, spirit, and body. Let go of all the negative; let go of what you cannot change.

Taking a break from the stresses of your life is okay. It’s best to work with a clear head and not worry about too much workload. Taking time for yourself is important. Self-care and Self-Love bring happiness.

Chill Tuesday 

Hello, my blog peeps! 

Today is a chill day Tuesday. No work for me today. My kids are still not home so it is another relaxing day for me. Today I am journaling getting some of my thoughts out on paper. Afterward, I want to watch some food competition shows while stuffing my face lol. I might write poetry later. For now, I’m good just writing in my notebook about life. I plan to have a positive day and just enjoy the quietness.

The destination, one where people get

Fun!

List five things you do for fun.

The five things I do the most that I consider fun is:

Number One: Having game/movie night with my kids. Have to get our bonding time in

Number Two: Writing. Writing is my passion I love creative writing

Number Three: Dancing. I like to put music on and dance all around the house. It is fun and a stress reliever for me. Anyone else like this with dancing?

Number Four: Coloring. Fun and relaxing with good music!

Number Five: Baking… I love making desserts. Especially cookies!!!
