Though progress may seem slow, it’s progress still 

Each step inching closer to my dream’s hold 

Though doubts may linger, I’ll keep moving until 

My journey reaches the destination I’m told 

For dreams are not meant to be easy or swift 

Instead, a test of will and persistence 

With each obstacle conquered, a precious gift 

To prove that my ambition has no resistance 

So, though the road ahead may seem daunting 

And progress appears to be at a crawl 

I’ll keep pushing forward, never relenting 

Until my dream is achieved, I will stand tall 

Slow progress is still progress, this I know 

And each step forward brings me closer to my goals
