Saturday’s here, we can all cheer 

For the week’s toil has come to an end 

Let’s forget all that stress and fear 

And on this day, let our hearts blend 

The morning sun shines bright and clear 

As we wake up with a smile so wide 

The day ahead, oh, it’s so dear 

Filled with moments we’ll forever abide 

We’ll take a walk in the park, so green 

Or sit by the river and watch it flow 

We’ll take in the beauty, all so serene 

And let our spirits soar and glow 

Saturday joy, you bring us such delight 

A day to cherish and hold so tight. 

Wishing/Sending love, and positive vibes your way today, remember to love yourself and those around you.

Your Dream!

Never say what you can not do. Never say your dreams can not come true.

Train yourself, train your mind to know and understand that you can do anything you set your mind to. Work hard and have faith. Take the necessary steps that are needed to fulfill your wants in life and pursue your dreams. Yes, sometimes it can be scary putting yourself out there and taking risks, but if you do not do that then you will never know what could have happened. You must believe in yourself and believe in the process because getting to your dreams may not be an easy road. Have people who love you and who are there to help and support you and you do the same for them. Having support is important whether it is for personal or business it’s great to have a loving person around. Put the work in and work hard for what is yours. You are the one who holds the key to your success. I have, in the past, gotten in my own way and had to learn to trust and believe in myself and build myself up. I have also learned that stuff does not happen overnight, you have to have patience.

Motivation is another part of wanting your dreams to come true. Be dedicated to being motivated every day and ready to make it happen. If you are not motivated to do this, it will not work out. Practice your craft over and over, if need be. Feel it, breathe it, and claim it. Prove it to yourself first, then the world. Live your life, live your dream. You can do it. Always believe in your dream, always believe in yourself.

In chaos and strife 

I strive to maintain my cool 

To keep my emotions in check 

And remain calm, collected, and rule 

Though the world may spin out of control 

And troubles may come and go 

I stand firm, with a steady hand 

And let my inner peace flow 

In the face of adversity 

It’s easy to lose one’s way 

But I choose to take a deep breath 

And let my worries drift away 

With a clear mind and a calm heart 

I face each challenge with grace 

Knowing that I am in control 

And that nothing can take my place 

So let the storms rage on outside 

Within me, there is peace 

And in this state of calm and cool 

I find the strength to never cease

When I am in a down or negative mood, I play music. I try to get myself out of my funk by dancing and singing. I also try to write out my feelings or watch TV shows to take my mind off of things.

A nice hot shower helps, of course, with music! Just some simple things to get me through those bad days. It can be peaceful at times.

In the faint shadows, where the sun’s rays fade

I hide my struggles, my pains, and my tears

In the twilight’s shade

Beneath the surface, where no light can seep

Lies a world of secrets. In silence, they creep

By day, I wear a mask of calm and grace

A smile so bright, no trace of inner space

But within my heart, a tempest swirls and roars

A storm is unseen behind closed doors

Each step I take, a dance upon the wire

Balancing my fears, a tightrope of desire

In the mirror’s gaze, I see a face so strong

Yet profound inside, I know where I belong

In the night, when stars begin to gleam

I find solace in my hidden dream

In the darkness, my soul can be

A whispered truth, a silent plea

I carry on, with courage undefined

Hiding my struggles in the corners of my mind

Anything For The Take II

I can finally say that I am done with book two of Anything For the Take. It has been a long process when I say life has been chaotic….Never mind that. I was determined and so ready to finish this book. I have been writing for the last five hours, taking a couple of breaks to focus on the task.

I am so excited! It has been two years and 5 months, and I thought this book would be finished early, but here we are. I am done with the rough draft. Next, I will finish editing the book cover, copywriting, and publishing. I am happy to say that will happen very soon. Please be on the lookout for it!!

I just want to thank those who have supported me through this process. It has not been easy. I appreciate all the love and support, especially from my kids.
