Feeling stuck in life, times I want to be spiteful due to my struggles
Slipping
Sometimes I feel like a lousy person who is losing at life

So impatient with myself, with everything

I’m on edge, constant guard up, and paranoid

Been poisoned with hate, hurt, grief, and pain, sometimes the pain is too much to deal with

This imperfect self, feeling lost and incomplete. Insane with my thoughts

She is numb to it all. It is what it is
Slipping
Lately been grumpy, with no feelings. Drugging and drinking, I’m gone
Damn

Every breath is a heavy weight 

Every moment filled with ache 

Fragments of a shattered soul 

Pierced by sorrow never whole 

The agony that knows no end 

Invisible wounds that time won’t mend 

Never-ending silent cries 

Echoing through endless skies 

Tears that fall like summer rain 

Searing heartache endless pain

There’s a yearning for escape 

To leave behind the mundane 

And flee this earthly landscape. 

To soar on wings of freedom 

And leave my worries behind 

To find a place of solace 

And some peace of mind 

The world can be so heavy 

And my heart feels so small 

But in my dreams of flight 

I find the strength to stand tall 

Oh, how I long to break free 

To leave it all behind 

And find a hidden paradise 

Where my soul can unwind 

But until that day arrives 

I’ll keep my dreams alive 

And find solace in the thought 

That one day I’ll take that dive

A sight that fills me with delight

In the vast expanse of night 

As I watch them from down below 

My mind begins to freely flow 

All my worries, all my woes 

It seems to vanish and decompose 

The stars bring clarity to my mind 

A sense of peace that’s hard to find 

They remind me of how small I am 

In this universe so grand 

I keep gazing at the stars 

Letting their beauty heal my scars 

In their light, I find my way 

And all my troubles fade away
