An echo of laughter, a sigh of relief 

You are the colors in the sunset 

A kaleidoscope of dreams 

The warmth of a sunbeam 

The cool embrace of moonlight 

You are the heartbeat of the earth 

The pulse of possibility 

A ripple in the ocean 

The promise of tomorrow 

You are the ink that writes the story 

The canvas of endless potential 

A spark in the darkness 

The light that guides the way

In life’s vast book, I yearn to pen a chapter

Where every line breathes hope, and dreams take flight

To rise above, where echoes of laughter

Outshine the darkest shadows of the night

With a steadfast heart, I vow to climb much higher

Past every trial, where fears and doubts reside

To grasp the stars, fueled by pure desire

And ride the winds of change with arms spread wide

But oh, the path is strewn with stones and thorns

Yet, in my soul, a fire blazes bright

To conquer peaks and face the sharp-horned scorn

With courage’s shield and wisdom’s guiding light

Let this sonnet be my solemn plea

To do better for myself and all to see!

Compromise

I used to think that I was right 

That is what I thought was always bright 

But then I learned a life-long skill 

To compromise and bend my will 

It’s not about who’s right or wrong 

But finding common ground along 

To give and take, to meet halfway 

And find a solution every day 

It’s hard to learn this way of life 

To put aside internal strife 

But when we learn to compromise 

We find a way to end the lies 

Now, I try to compromise 

And meet the other halfway 

And though it’s not always easy 

It’s worth it every day!

A woman of many faces, a dreamer, a lover, a warrior, 
A true lioness, fierce and strong in her ways. 

In her dreams, she roams free, 
A wild spirit, untamed and untethered, 
Following her heart without hesitation, 
Exploring the depths of her imagination. 

As a lover, she is tender and kind, 
Her heart overflowing with passion and desire, 
She gives herself freely to those who worthy of her love, 
And cherishes the moments that they share. 

But do not mistake her gentle nature, 
For within her beats the heart of a warrior, 
A fierce defender of all that she holds dear, 
She will fight to protect, with no hint of fear. 

She is a true lioness, a force to be reckoned with, 
Her spirit unbreakable, her will unyielding, 
A woman of many faces, a dreamer, a lover, a warrior, 
A true inspiration to all who cross her path.
