Her heart sank into her gut as she realized how much she wanted him.

No matter what his past was, no matter what he had done

Which was not to say that she would ever let him know

But only that he moved her chemically more than anyone she had ever met, that all other men seemed mediocre, frivolous compared to him.

He really saw her, care for her

She realized it’s what she need

She said to herself it’s okay to fall

Love who loves you!

She realized it’s in front of her………

Learning to love, a daunting race

Heart aflutter, mind a maze

Fumbling steps, unsure ways

With each stumble, we grow wise

Love’s mysteries, we begin to surmise

Through trials and errors, we improvise

And in our hearts, love multiplies

The ghazal of love, a journey long

But with each step, we grow strong

Can’t hide

Happiness from inside

Feeling like somebody

Do flips inside my body

Right here, right now happy

Things falling in place

Happiness from inside

Making me blush

From my own self

Feeling accomplished

Loved and proud

Happiness from deep

Inside

Where it starts

Loving myself

Like never before

Happiness inside

No one can steal this

Keeping my head up

No matter what

This happiness inside

So bright

Peaceful

Joyful

Happiness inside

I fought hard to make it here

Happiness inside

I’ll never hide

Feeling this way

With big smiles

Inside and out

Everyone can see

T.O.L.-Time Travel!

Just sitting here thinking and I wish I can time travel. Just get in the machine and take off to an earlier time. Even if it is just for a day. Go back to a time when I was carefree, no worries, no stress, weights of the world on me. Have you ever had that feeling? Going back to a peaceful time in your life and just escape for a moment. Or maybe to go back to see or hang out with a lost loved one or just to change some shit about your life, have a do-over.

That is my feelings tonight. Right now, my brain is full of memories the happy ones, and wishing I can just revisit those times. Wishful thinking huh? Well, that’s all it is, is me thinking about the impossible shit. Sometimes my mind goes there lol. Am I the only one?
