For me, consistency is being steady, accurate, and following through with something prompt. Keep up with what you started. Being consistent is important, especially in working towards your goals and dreams, making changes in your life, fitness, education, and more. You have to be on top of everything and make sure you stay on track. If you keep slacking or putting stuff off for another time, you will get nothing done. Maybe set schedules to help you along the way. I know sometimes life gets in the way, pick yourself up and try to get back on track. Be consistent in life, and you will get results; well, that is my opinion. That goes for friendships and any relationship. You both have to be consistent with each other and on the same page.
Consistency or being consistent can be in any situation, job, or career anything you do or want to do. I wanted to talk about the is. In the past years ago, I had a problem with being consistent with my writing. I would write one day then it will be months before I write again. I had to quickly change that. I am very consistent with the pen now lol. That is on my mind tonight, of course, Ms. Thinker! LOL

A subject that I feel that is taboo in our society is mental health/Illness. I know that there are many people dealing with mental health issues who are scared to talk about it. Feeling ashamed about how they are feeling and about what they are going through. It is a tough topic to discuss I feel due to others judging and being mean about it. Some people look at you differently and treat you differently due to your mental illness. It happens to a lot of people who suffer in silence and have no one to talk to or no support because they feel people would look down on them. It is crazy because that is true, some people feel that others should not be down, depressed or have anxiety or any other kind of mental illness. I have actually met a few people like this. Maybe because their life is put together. I don’t know. Mental health/illness is an important subject, everyone deserves to be happy and have support when they need help. Also, it is important to seek help no matter what others think. It is hard and you might feel like you are being a burden, but getting help and healing is key. I would never understand why talking about what is going on with you is a problem, to families, friends anybody. Including myself or why some cannot or won’t accept it.
Trust, I know about this all too well. It took me years to express any of my feelings or talk about what I was going through and really feeling. I did it first by writing down my feelings, my rage, and then why I was feeling that way, I know this method will not always work for others. I also talk to my sister about some stuff. Still, I get, from time to time, people who laugh about my feelings or if I talk about having anxiety or depression. They think that I am dumb or weak for feeling the way that I do. It is hard to find somebody who genuinely cares about your well-being or mental stability. I am not saying that it is another person’s responsibility for your happiness just would be great to have a little support in your process of healing. Some kindness or keeping their thoughts to themselves would be cool. We all need to find something that helps us and soothes us in a good way. And not doing things in a bad way that can further hurt us.
Everybody needs somebody, and I honestly didn’t use to think like this. I always thought that I should handle everything on my own. Sometimes, I still do. It’s hard to ask for help, and it’s something I need to work on.
I wish that more people could be themselves and, if they need help, seek it. My thoughts about mental health, it’s hard to deal with. I really do think this is a taboo subject. What do you think? Agree? Disagree

I know you’re supposed to forgive people and move on with life. Yeah, that is hard to do, well for me it is. Why? Because all I think about is how a person did me wrong or harmed me, and then I do not know why they did it. I am left feeling lost and confused. I have a hard time forgetting the past and forgiving those in my past; I mean all of it, all the bad, and that is probably my biggest problem. I feel like I still live in the past, and that is not cool. I try to forget about it, but pain and anger will not let me, I do not know why I am still this way, I try to not think about stuff. This is something I am working on I need to let it all go and really move on with my life. Try not to seek revenge and be happy with my life. Try to forgive those who have brought harm my way.
I heard that by forgiving a person you help yourself. You can release the emotions it can bring by holding on to it, and it helps with built-up anger. You are not doing any good by holding on to the hurt. I pray that I can forgive people because this feeling of holding on or wanting to hurt back is not good. I am learning day by day how to forgive. So lately I have been wanting to get into becoming a ghostwriter. I have been doing some research and I think I am ready for a career in writing, becoming an author and also a ghostwriter. I love writing so I feel it is on my path and something I would enjoy and love doing. I know it will take time to gain some experience, but I am here for it and will work at this craft. I have dedication and drive. Committed to this passion of mine
Other than thinking about a new/advanced career path I have new ideas of course on two other books I want to write. Yes, I will be very busy, but I can do it. I have goals that I want to reach. To get to those goals I have to put in the work. I am in go-getter mode. Almost done with my first book and excited.
Just thinking about my dreams and my future. Tonight, so much on my mind, and happy to say good thoughts. Well back to my writing and planning.
To me having it all means that I am in the career I want, constantly completing goals to stay in my career. My family and I are together and happy. Having a comfortable life with loved ones. Maybe a dream home that I have built. Having it all means that you have happiness inside and out. To me it is not all about money and having a lot of material things. Being comfortable in life, with your life and of course being surrounded by those you love the most.
For what I feel having it all is, yes, it is attainable and sustainable. Anything in life can be challenging but working hard towards what you want is key. You do that indeed you can have it all.

If you could pick any three animals to be for a day, months what would they be. These can be extinct, mythical, any animal you want.
The first animal I would want to be is a lioness in the jungle. Lioness in my eyes are fierce, strong, bold, beautiful. They take pride in what they do. I would be a lioness for a day, maybe wreak havoc. LOL! True protecters indeed.
My second choice animal is a butterfly and all because I just love them so much.
The third-choice animal I would want to be is a Phoenix. I love what they represent. I love how they look and are amazing creatures.
I also asked my two kids what three animals they would be.
My son answers are: Moa-Bird, Saber tooth tiger because they ae big and strong, and Gorilla because they are the king of the jungle.
My daughter answers are: Any cat small or big, she loves cats. An ostrich and T-Rex because she says they are beautiful, leaders and even though they are extinct they SLAY!
