In the quiet glow of the moon’s soft light,

A mother whispers a prayer into the night.

Her hopes and dreams, once bright and vast,

Now shadows of a future that’s tethered to the past.

With hands that have toiled, eyes that have wept

She cradles her child, who peacefully sleeps

Each line on her face, a story untold

Of love and loss, and a heart made of gold

For her child’s laughter, she’d give the world

Her own desires and dreams tightly furled

In the silence of sacrifice, she stands alone

Her love, a silent anthem, a constant tone

The years may pass, and the seasons will change

But her unwavering devotion remains the same

A mother’s sacrifice, often unseen

It is the most potent love there has ever been

Let’s honor the mothers, both near and far

For their sacrifices made us who we are

Their strength and love are beyond compare

A sacred gift beyond all compare!

Love or Lust??

Crazy: Love, Lust


Hello everyone,

Y’all know that feeling. The feeling of being in love or you think you are. You’re in the stage of feeling all the emotions like all of them. You don’t like them or their ways; everything irritates you. You question everything, wondering if you made the right decision or if it is LUST. Is it real, or are they using you, or are you using them? What is it? You love them, you hate them sometimes need space from each other. I call it the test phase where both parties like to test each other and push buttons and get reactions.

Smh but that’s what happens when you are really not sure if it’s love or lust or if it’s the person you really want. Sometimes it can be just sex that keep two people together, there is no real love between them. Some might think so but NO. Why do we put ourselves in situations like this? If it is real love, it will not hurt you, make you feel low and sad, or have you second-guessing yourself. I’m just saying this love thang can be Crazy. Seriously 😂

Am I the only one who thinks so? I get there will be ups and downs in relationships, but if they are constant and you feel stuck, it’s too much to deal with, or you feel like you both cannot get on better terms, LEAVE. I feel a person should not settle or put up with BS just to not be or feel alone. What do you guys think? Do you choose love or lust?

In this era of all about me 

I won’t force a relationship, you see 

My focus is on self-love and growth 

Not on pleasing others or making oaths 

I won’t settle for just anyone 

Or try to change to fit someone 

My worth is not defined by another 

I’ll wait for the right one, like no other 

I’ll cherish my own time 

And let my heart heal and shine 

I’ll nurture my soul, my mind, my heart 

And when the time is right, a new love will start 

Let me be, in this all-about-me phase 

I won’t force a relationship just to pass the days 

I’ll wait for a love that’s true and real 

Until then, I’ll focus on myself and how I feel

Date or No?

Questioning myself lately and asking am I ready to date? Thinking about relationships, love, and having someone by my side. Getting that lonely feeling. Just a little scared, honestly, of putting myself out there and letting my guard down. I also think that it is time to at least try to meet new people. I am a homebody and I need to get out of that. Want to live a little and be happy enjoying my life. My life consists of motherhood, working, and writing all day, every day. Do some different things. Just doing a little thinking, well, of course, and it’s on my mind. Just don’t know when I would work up the courage to actually do it. Lol.

I am still a work in progress and still trying to learn to trust. Blah Blah Blah my life is boring…. Thinking out loud.

Hello, my blog peeps!

Tonight, I want to have a would you rather post/discussion. I would list some would you rather questions and give my input/answers to them. Feel free to answer one or all if you like. I would love to hear your thoughts and answers. Nothing too hard, simple, and they are random questions.

Here we go!!!!

  1. Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?

I think I would want to be invisible. I don’t like to be seen or like being in large crowds. I want to be invisible everywhere I go. I would also use it to pull pranks on people. LOL. Flying is a good one also, but I rather be invisible.

2. Would you rather lose a finger or have a headache every day for the rest of your life?

This one is easy to pick for me. I would rather lose a finger. I get headaches and migraines, and that is a pain in the ass. No, thank you for that.  I would lose that finger and have to deal with it not being there instead of everyday pain. Losing one finger won’t be so bad…Right?

3. Would you rather have an arranged marriage or spend the rest of your life single?

I would rather be single for the rest of my life. If it is an arranged marriage, there are no guarantees that I and that person would get along. I think that an arranged marriage would probably be miserable if there is no like, no love, nothing. If I knew the person or knew exactly how the marriage would go then cool, I am in if not I would pass. Being single is fine. Agree or disagree?

4. Would you rather want to be able to speak any language or be able to communicate with animals?

With this one, I would want to do both. If I had to choose, I would want to be able to communicate with animals—just to have a good conversation with a lion or a dolphin, all types of animals. It might be weird, but I think it would be cool. Interesting both of them would be!

5. Would you rather have a good relationship with bad sex or a bad relationship with good sex?

I would rather have a good relationship with bad sex; I feel that you can always learn or teach your partner. I would not want to be in a bad relationship at all. In a bad relationship, it might be hard to get the person to change. My thoughts. So, this was an easy one for me.

Power?

When you hear this word, what does it mean to you? Does it mean wealth and success to you? Does it mean being a bully to you? Does it mean having it all and getting it by any means? To me, I see it both ways. People use it when they are rich and have it all, and some use it to get over on people and hurt them.

There were times when I heard a few people say I have the power to do whatever I want and get what I need. They say they always get what they want, no matter what it takes. I often wonder what the hell they mean by that. Does it mean that things go away when money is involved or will they try to buy, manipulate, or blackmail you? It makes you think, without power, where would some people really be? What their career would be like without power. Money and power are most often used for evil. In my opinion, greed gets to people, and they feel invincible. I could be wrong, but I never knew of someone who used money or power for good. Again, I might be wrong, lol. just my opinions. Maybe they do to cover up their wrongdoings I do not know. Or maybe I watch too much TV and read a lot of books. I feel like any person in any career field can possess a sense of power when it comes to their job and how they go about doing it. Or having sensitive information on people

I think that me from time to time being controlling is a sense of power. I want everyone to listen to what I say and do what I say, it is not a strong sense of power but a little of it. It is with family not used to make people do what they do not want to or hurt them.

If you had power and were rich, what would you do with it? Will it be used for evil or good?

Just a thought tonight. What do you think about having too much power?

Tonight, I want to have a Would You Rather post/discussion. I would list some Would You Rather questions and give my input/answers to them. Feel free to answer one or all if you like. I would love to hear your thoughts and answers. Nothing too hard, and they are random questions.

  1. Would you rather be able to travel everywhere for free OR eat everywhere for free?

. I would rather travel everywhere for free. I would love to visit different countries for free and explore all that I can at any time. I think I would travel maybe once or twice a month or a month to each place I visit. It would be cool to learn about diverse cultures and meet new people and more.

2. Would you rather find the love of your life OR find your passion?

. This one here is kind of a toss-up, but of course, I would rather find my passion. Finding something I absolutely love, and it brings me peace is what I would rather have. Something that speaks to me, and I am willing to put in the work and take the steps to find what is for me. My passion, hopes, and dreams. I feel like that is more important (in my opinion). Find my passion and reach for the stars.

3. Would you rather live in a world where you dance instead of walk OR sing instead of talk?

. I would rather live in a world where I dance instead of walk. I love to dance so this is an easy one for me. I dance while cooking, cleaning, eating, and sitting, in the show, I just dance. So, I would be okay with dancing instead of walking. I cannot sing for anything; sound like a fucking broken record lol; singing is not for me. I would rather dance my ass off. LOL

4. Would you rather drink milk out of a crusty old man’s belly button every day for a month OR let a crusty old man drink milk out of your belly every day for a year?

I would rather have a crusty old man drink milk out of my belly button for a year. Yeah, that might sound kinky, but that is okay, lol. I do not think I can drink milk out of his belly. So yeah, this one is fun and funny. LOL.
