Right in front of me

The sensation I crave, I need

Damn temptation

Pacing, heavy breathing

I need it. I’ll be okay

Right?

Damn temptation

Following me

Screaming at me

Pulling me

That direction

Temptation

I’m quiet

Deep thinking

Still pacing

Just tonight, I say

Damn temptation

No, no no

I am not thinking straight

Shake the feeling, I say

Temptation

Walk away, get out of there

Fast

Damn temptation

So, it is here

Right in front of me

The sensations I want

Or do I?

Damn temptation

Strength says take

Deep breaths

The feeling would pass

Again, deep thinking

Damn temptation

Will I become a victim?

To temptation from a person, place, or thing…..

Independent and strong

Pride and courageous

Surviving through days

A sin, this I know

Sometimes I let my wrath be

Shown

I can be wild with it

Wrath got me feeling

Raged, feeling I must be ready for anything

This wrath is

Known

The feeling of being wronged

And abandoned damn

This temper is at a high

Oh no

Here she is being hot headed

Away with how

Heartless I can be

When the curtains close

Your behind closed doors

The happiness simmers

The smile fades

The fame gone

The fake love disappears

No one around

Your quiet

You stare and wonder

What is it all for?

Is it just the act in me?

Can they not see the real me?

On stage its all love

All happiness

Roses and candies

balloons and confetti

The act keeps them near

When curtains close

Where are they?

Why, I fear?

Aloneness

Staring in the mirror

Cannot pretend with myself

With none

Behind that curtain

Too much going on

Not sure as to what I am seeing

Pinching, slapping myself

Dream

Maybe reality

In this jungle

I feel free

Moving around, being me

Accepted

Is this life

Talking and chilling with

The animals

Friends or foes

I do not know

This jungle

Feel right, Safe

Yet scary

Am I a human?
