My body, my mind wants bloody revenge
Rage inside and I do not care who I hurt, do not care of the outcome
Rage roaring if you are in my view, tears will be cried, blood will be shed
Rage causing me to lose focus, I cannot see, its darkness
Rage want me to react
Rage got me drowning, drinking constantly

What activities do you lose yourself in?
The activity/hobby I do that I get lost in is writing. When I am in a creative groove, writing takes over. Sometimes I lose track of the time. Writing is a activity that soothes me. Weather I am writing poetry, my personal thoughts, in my journal, or for my books. I love to write. It brings me piece of mind and me writing is a way for me to vent since I am a loner (LOL).
Another one is music and dancing. With good music playing, a good playlist, I can get lost in music for hours. Just like writing, which is why I love and do both to escape the world sometimes.
It is good having a favorite activity that helps calm you and makes you happy. Especially on those bad days. To keep you busy when needed.

Alone!
Just sitting here thinking like always lol and I am thinking about being alone lol. Yeah seriously. Lately it had been rough, and I think I need to get away and be by myself, maybe a week or two. It has been stressful at work, and I have been getting terribly upset by it. Personal life as well is stressful now just need a little break. I know I am not the only one. You just want to tell people to leave you alone and let you be. I know that will not happen soon just wishful thinking. Sometimes I want to turn my phone off and just sleep, but I have stuff to do, and I have a family to take care of, I am always busy busy busy, and my mind and body feels it. A spa day, some wine, a vacation somewhere nice would be great. A place that is quiet and relaxing and I can breathe easy and ease my mind will also be great.
Alone with me is what I want. Okay I am just venting here for a while sorry. I know we all have those days and if you are I am praying for you . I am about to write, get some chapters finished and relax I thank you for reading and enjoy your evening.

It is what it IS
Sometimes it is best to let go and let things be. We can’t always understand another person intentions, no matter how hard we try. Its s best that we understand ourselves and move accordingly. Sometimes leaving a situation where it stands might be a good thing. Sometimes leave it broke and alone. Maybe you shouldn’t fix it, sometimes we just got to let what is not helping us or bringing us peace and happiness go. Move on and piece your life together. Worry about you. At times we are so focused on making others happy, too much pleasing them and sometimes get nothing out of it and in the process not helping ourselves and we suffer. Let it go, leave it broke, let go of all toxic things. Maybe we need fixing more than them. We need to fix our inner self as well as outer. Sometimes we just got to say it is what it is and go on with life.

Hello, how is everyone’s night going?
Why do we sometimes feel like we cannot tell those close to us the word no, if we do, we feel guilty and question ourselves. We want to help and be there, so we do not like to tell people no. The thing is we know sometimes that the best thing is to say no and know it is the right choice, but we struggle with it. Me I have that problem especially with my kids. I try to please my loved ones no matter what. Yes of course there are times when I am like no and that is final, but still feel bad about it and there are times where I do not know why I feel bad. Why is that? I was also that way with my mom. Is anyone else this way? This is another thing I have changed in my life!
I want to say those two letters and mean it and not feel bad about it or selfish. It’s not to the point where I feel like people are taking advantage, it is just how I feel about saying no and thinking about the other person feelings. Yeah, I often push I how feel to the side, but at this age I am used to it-SIGH-. Just like to help people, I guess. Even though I get told that all the time (LOL).
But now days I have learned that saying no is the best thing to do. It is what is best for me in certain situations. No matter what your feelings are. You have to always put your feelings first.
