Alone I sit in silent thought

With nothing to distract my mind

No laughter, chatter, or love sought

Just solitude, my only find

The stillness echoes in my ears

As I contemplate life’s great scheme

No judgment, pity, or sneers

Just me and my lonesome dream

The world outside may bustle on

But in this moment, I am free

No expectations to be done

Just the peace of being me

So let me revel in this space

And cherish every moment alone

For in this quiet, sacred place

I find the peace that makes me whole

Me, Myself, and I

Life’s too short to be serious every single day.

Embrace the freedom of being yourself, no need to conform

Let your inner child out to play, let your spirit be reborn.

Laugh, dance, sing, and enjoy every little thing

Life’s too precious to waste on trivial worrying

So go ahead, be silly, be goofy, let your true colors shine

In a world that’s often dull, let your light be the bright sunshine.

In this life, I found a man with strength 

His love for me is of a great length 

He understands me through and through 

I’m grateful for him. That much is true 

With him by my side, I feel secure 

His love for me is steadfast and pure 

He’s my rock, my shelter in the storm 

I’m grateful for him in every form 

He lifts me up when I am down 

His love for me is a true crown 

A king to his queen, he treats me right 

I’m grateful for him, day and night 

With his strength and love, I am complete 

My heart is whole, my joy is bursting 

I thank the stars above for sending him to me 

I’m grateful for him, eternally!

Fake smile

Bury it

In your soul

In your heart

Bury it deep

Under

Keep it inside

Damn secrets

Hold it in

Be brave

Be quiet

Be scared

It is what they want

Keep it inside

Hold it in

Or

Let it out

Scream it out

Keep it inside

Or

Take your life back

Stand up

Hold it in

No LONGER

Keep it inside

I Will NOT

Secrets

They will sometimes hold you back

Holding it in

Keeping it inside

But

Sometimes

Secrets become known

Trauma’s

In the depths of my mind, lies a pain so deep 
A childhood trauma that I struggle to keep 
It haunts me every moment, every day and night 
A constant reminder of a time that wasn’t right 

I was once a child, so innocent and pure 
But the world around me was harsh and obscure 
My childhood was stolen, my memories erased 
Left with scars that time could never erase 

But I refuse to let my past define me 
I’ll fight with all my strength, till I am free 
I’ll rise above the pain, the hurt, and the fear 
And find the light that shines so clear 

I’ll take back my life, one step at a time 
And leave the shadows of my past behind 
I’ll be the hero of my own epic tale 
And conquer the demons that once made me frail 

For I am stronger than the pain I bear 
And with each passing day, I’ll show I care 
I’ll break free from the chains of my past 
And find the peace that will forever last.

Football Girl

There once was a girl who loved football 
Her team loyalty, she did not cull 
With the NFL on the screen 
She was living her dream 
Having fun and feeling those chill vibes in full 

She’d cheer for her team with great pride 
Her passion for the game could not hide 
Her love for football 
Was infectious to all 
And with her, others would soon abide 

On game day, she’d gather with friends 
Their excitement, she’d always extend 
With snacks and drinks in tow 
They’d watch the game’s flow 
And celebrate each touchdown in the end 

If you’re a football girl at heart 
Don’t be afraid to let out a shout or a fart 
Embrace your love for the game 
And let it ignite a flame 
Of fun and chill vibes that never depart
